“In Raising Old People, Patti Katzmark shares the heartfelt and often humorous journey of caring for her parents at home through the end of life. With honesty, resources, and real stories of what worked—and what didn’t—she reminds us that determination and love make all the difference. I laughed, cried, and in the end I wished I could have met Weezie and Bob and shared a walk in the woods. This book is for anyone who wants to keep their loved ones at home with dignity.”

-Carol J. Poppy, RN, Nurse Educator
